Sotiris has been involved in the hospitality industry for more than 25 years, through different roles either by holding top management positions or by providing advisory services regarding M&A transactions mainly in the Cyclades region.
Between 2015 -2017, he was Business Development Manager in Hotel Solution, a boutique hotel management company.
He has served in different positions in luxurious boutique hotels and high-end restaurants in Cyclades and mainly in Mykonos, where back in 2003-2005 he owned some restaurants.
